About this role

We are looking for an (Interim) Product Portfolio Management Lead (m/f/d) to join our team. The Portfolio Management team is mostly located in Cologne, but remotely we work closely together across all Redcare locations. We work closely with all Directors and Leads within the IT departments to ensure proper prioritisation and planning processes with the goal to deliver the most valuable things from company perspective as fast as possible.

We cooperate with important stakeholders on development of the portfolio process so that it supports the company and department strategy in the best way. About the role: Optimizing the prioritisation, planning and steering processes within the company to increase the overarching flow efficiency, time to market and strategy execution Increasing the transparency, up-to-dateness and alignment of plans between multiple departments Acting and driving change in uncertain environment - you are forming new paths and driving change without formal authority Constantly inspecting and adapting - you are constantly observing how to further improve the flow efficiency of our departments and how to adapt the Portfolio Approach to the company targets Team leadership - you manage and guide a team of Product Portfolio Managers.

About you: At least 5+ years of related work experience involving multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex ecosystem 1+ years of previous team leadership experience Fluency in English (both written and oral) because communication is key - you are providing guidance to and bridging gaps between different target groups at different seniority levels.
