You’ll take care of travel, team days, offsites and events, so the people you support can focus on what they do best. [https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/1246dead-d30e-4c70-a1d3-ef7e5023d542/7a053edc-bf2e-4db4-85ee-5630e2b5d305/banner_narrow_customs.jpg] WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Provide hands-on administrative support for your designated Supercell teams, from benefits questions to daily operations - Own complex travel planning and coordination, including international and multi-team trips, from flights and hotels to ground transportation - Plan and run team days, offsites and internal events that feel effortless and meaningful for everyone taking part - Work closely with our central team leads to understand their upcoming needs and plan support proactively - Collaborate with other Team Support professionals across Supercell to align how we support teams globally WHAT YOU HAVE - At least 5 years of experience in team support, travel arrangements and/or event production, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment - A relevant educational background, such as executive assistant studies, hospitality management or business administration - Experience from a company that has grown or scaled, where support processes needed to evolve, improve or become more automated - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage many moving parts without losing sight of the details - Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative, service-minded approach - A genuine interest in supporting others and enabling teams to focus on their best work - A self-starter approach to AI: you’ve found ways to use it in your day-to-day work, you experiment, figure things out and bring the same energy to every new challenge WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Your teams feel supported, connected and able to focus on what they do best - Daily logistics, from travel to events, run smoothly and efficiently - You bring structure and care to a busy, creative environment, helping the whole company operate better WHERE YOU'LL BE This role is based in our Helsinki office, where we enjoy working together in person most of the time.
