Team Lead Verification & Validation (m/f/d)

About this role

As a Team Lead Verification & Validation, you will be responsible for building and leading the V&V function for our next-generation C-UAS interceptor systems. You will ensure that our products are thoroughly verified, validated, documented, and released according to the highest quality standards before entering operational service. Working closely with Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software, Flight Test, Production, and Certification teams, you will establish scalable processes that ensure reliability, traceability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Your work will directly contribute to delivering mission-ready systems for demanding operational environments. What is your Day to Day Mission: Lead and develop the Verification & Validation, Quality, and Technical Documentation activities within the C-UAS engineering organization. Define and execute system-level verification and validation strategies across hardware, software, and integrated system architectures. Establish test plans, validation procedures, acceptance criteria, and release processes.

Coordinate laboratory, integration, ground, and flight-testing campaigns. Ensure complete traceability between requirements, verification activities, and test results. Own engineering quality processes and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Define and maintain product documentation, test reports, release notes, and technical records. Build a high-performing team and continuously improve engineering governance and development processes.
