Team Lead Systems Engineering – Industrialization (m/f/d)

About this role

As a Team Lead Systems Engineering, you will lead the definition, integration, and evolution of our Skyron interceptor platforms and broader C-UAS solutions. You will translate operational needs into system requirements and ensure that complex multidisciplinary developments come together as one mission-ready product. Together with a highly skilled engineering team, you will drive technical alignment across hardware, software, autonomy, communications, navigation, and flight-test activities.

What is your Day to Day Mission: Lead and develop the Systems Engineering team for C-UAS programs. Own system architecture, requirements engineering, and technical baseline management. Define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, operational concepts, and technical specifications. Coordinate engineering activities across software, hardware, autonomy, and integration teams. Drive trade-off analyses and support critical design decisions.

Ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle from concept to release. Support verification, validation, certification, and qualification activities. Build scalable systems engineering processes and best practices within the organization to ensure flawless transition from prototype stage into mass production
