GRADE-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Utilizing Embedded Quality (EQ) and the National Quality Review System (NQRS) to create/extract data and analyze reports, identifying error trends, efficiencies and procedural issues for national quality programs initiating resolutions for IRM procedures, creating presentations in Microsoft Office or equivalent software using Power Point, Spreadsheets, and other written documents.

Performing daily site validation for the National Sample and addressing Ultra/Verint issues and performing post review checks and verifying the integrity of the National Sample. Utilizing Contact Center Support Division (CCSD) SharePoint to download files for CQRS daily validation of the National Sample, National Sampling Tool, and the Enterprise Telephone Data (ETD) website reports, utilizing CIS to distribute Paper sample for CQRS National Review, utilizing Microsoft Access and Excel to modify (reprogram) CQRS which are used to produce the National Paper Sample and Reconcile issues with the Sample.

Approving 5081s/BEARS for Ultra/Verint and the internal CQRS website to create profiles and grant access, providing system support as CQRS point of contact for Ultra/Verint and CQRS systems and performing back-up Webmaster duties. Applying oral and written communication to prepare comprehensive written reports, agency directives, IRM feedback, memoranda, recommendations for projects; disseminate policy information, and document findings and conclusions and providing guidance and serve as a technical program and policy expert to prepare and present complete decision packages, studies, and recommendations.
