Hybrid/Remote/Office Remote Location: Flexible within Woodard & Curran service areas Travel: Periodic travel to support business partners, team meetings, and company initiatives. What you will be doing at Woodard & Curran Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business groups, providing strategic and day-to-day talent support. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
