Your main responsibilities will include: Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience Your profile: 1+ years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experience Fluent Dutch (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders across different levels of the organization Ability to work independently Organized, dependable, and process-oriented mindset Strong administrative and operational focus Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
