Talent Acquisition Specialist
About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our consulting team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support the growth of our digital transformation projects within the life sciences sector by sourcing, evaluating, and staffing technical consultants across a range of domains. This is a key delivery support function focused on aligning the right talent with evolving project demands.
What You Will Be Doing Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles involved in digital transformation projects Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs Match available consultants (internal or external) to project roles based on skillset, experience, and availability Contribute to responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by identifying and detailing available resources Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of technical talent Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and resource pool records Support offer preparation, contract coordination, and onboarding communication Track key recruitment and staffing metrics and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives to support talent engagement Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment Experience sourcing technical consultants for roles in IT, data, or digital domains Familiarity with staffing processes for professional services or delivery-based organizations Proficiency with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse) Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across global teams Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus Understanding of the contracting and employment market within Spain and/or the EU WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION: At Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
