We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in hiring for management and leadership positions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and engaging top talent for Manager, Head, and Lead level positions across the company. Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Manager, Head, and Lead level roles Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping Conduct in-depth interviews to assess leadership qualities, management experience, and alignment with the company's strategic goals Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including sensitive and confidential negotiation stages Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews to assess leadership potential Excellent direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills, Upper-Intermediate English or higher High attention to detail in communication with senior-level candidates and stakeholders We offer 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Medical insurance for employees Compensation for professional education and learning English Compensation for a sports subscription or sports equipment
