What is your Day to Day Mission: Manage the full recruiting cycle – from first contact to job offer – and make sure every candidate has an awesome experience. Partner up with Hiring Managers to really get what makes each role unique. Be the trainer for the Hiring team to adapt to the new toolset and best practices Plan and lead cool talent projects like podcasts, open-door days, or making our careers page feel more "us." Create tailored sourcing strategies and proactively reach out to talent that doesn’t even know they’re looking for us yet.
