Talent Acquisition Manager
About this role
Who are we? Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world. We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios. Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users. Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others.
We’re building a company we’re proud of. One filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games. Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a small team of Talent Acquisition Partners while continuing to own hiring for a number of our studios and departments. You will be accountable for the people, performance and process of your pod: setting goals, coaching your team, and making sure the business gets an exceptional in house hiring service that prioritises quality over quantity and an unparalleled candidate experience.
This is a hands on management role. You will still run your own searches, while developing the people around you to do the same. The type of person who will excel in this role is someone who gets a kick out of seeing others grow, is process driven and highly communicative, takes ownership of outcomes rather than activity, and has a real interest in mobile games. You love looking for ways to optimise and continuously improve how the TA function works, and you care about making sure AI is used in the best ways possible across everything we do.
Key Responsibilities Leading your team Line managing a pod of Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, running regular 1:1s and owning their development. Coaching your team on the craft: brief taking, sourcing strategy, interviewing, offer management and candidate experience. Balancing workload across the pod as business needs change, and flagging capacity risks early. Setting and upholding standards so the team follows and improves our process rather than working around it.
