Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen our recruiting team for ensuring the development and training of the recruitment team to support their efficiency and compliance with modern recruitment standards. Responsibilities Leading recruiting unit and ensuring high quality of hire Management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team Effectively leading end-to-end recruitment process (pipeline, recruitment flow effectiveness etc) Ensure quality recruitment activities and deliverables are in line with recruitment KPIs Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the Talent acquisition area Keep track of recruitment metrics and analytics Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong expertise across the full hiring cycle Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality talent within Non-Tech functions (Legal, Finance & Accounting, etc.) Strong execution focus with the ability to take ownership and deliver results Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Strong service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility for results Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving recruitment processes English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher Nice to have Any experience in leading, managing, mentoring, or coaching recruiters, with the ability to drive team performance, support individual development, and achieve shared recruitment KPIs Previous experience working in a fast-paced, international environment We offer 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list Medical insurance Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
