Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Internship
About this role
What will you take care of? As a 6 months Intern you will join the Talent Acquisition team within Bosch’s Human Resources department based in Milan. You will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the different stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and participation. You will contribute to the organization and management of Employer Branding initiatives, such as Career Days, internal and external recruiting events, as well as collaborations with universities and other partners.
You will become part of Bosch’s HR department and gain first-hand exposure to its activities and processes, working closely with different business functions, internal stakeholders and HR service providers. You will support the team in day-to-day activities, ensuring deadlines are met and contributing to the preparation of HR materials, reports and presentations. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, working in a dynamic, international and collaborative environment.
What distinguishes you? Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management. A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in HR is considered a plus. Languages: good command of English, at least B2 level, and Italian, at least C1 level. Skills: good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Personality: you are curious, organized and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in Human Resources and Recruiting.
What We Offer: Duration: 6-month full-time internship, available as either a curricular or extracurricular internship. Bosch Italy provides a monthly internship allowance. Depending on the candidate's educational background, the allowance ranges from €700 to €900 gross per month .
