Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom — a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat — but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with delivery timescales and budgets.

XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects. THE ROLE ────────────────────────────── This role sits within the Production team at our NPI facility in Reading, Berkshire, reporting to the Procurement Manager and on-site at least three days per week. As Systems Engineer, you will be the internal owner of the business systems that production, quality, procurement and logistics run on — beginning with the selection and implementation of a new ERP, and evolving from there.

The role takes the ERP programme off the leadership team and gives XYZ a single system of record for stock, BOMs, builds and serial-level traceability. The systems you build must scale with the business: what is built now must support materially higher volumes, more products and more people — without adding headcount or manual workarounds. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ────────────────────────────── • Own the ERP replacement programme end to end — requirements gathering, vendor selection support, configuration, data migration from E-Max, testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.

• Map how the business works today across goods-in, stores, build, test, despatch and returns; define the target process and data model and hold the line on requirements through configuration and go-live. • Own purchasing, supplier and item-master data the Procurement function depends on; own integrations and data flows between ERP, finance, CRM and support systems including the Freshdesk RMA workflow. • Implement serial-level traceability so component and build history is queryable for containment, warranty and field-failure investigation; own engineering change control and quality records under ISO 9001.
