The job: Working as a customer advisor means that you are the first point of contact between the customers and the banking company.
Therefore, you will be representing them as a company and providing professional advices and guidance with the incoming inquiries, questions, and issues regarding product defects, payment issues, general questions on content or products, and the likes of that. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers.
