QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To be minimally qualified for this position you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression. Specialized experience would include one year of substantive supervisory or program management experience at the GS-13 or GS-14 level or equivalent level manager or comparable management or leadership experiences outside of Federal service.
To be qualifying for this position your experience should be sufficient to demonstrate: Demonstrated knowledge of the methods and procedures for providing or performing a variety of functions and services applicable to the position to be filled; ability to plan, organize, and control work involving diverse activities; ability to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others; and skill in oral and written communications.
Experience managing Federal real property or facilities management activities involving leasing, space requirements, asset utilization, or portfolio-related activities. Experience planning and managing real property and/or facilities projects by establishing project requirements, schedules, resources, milestones, and implementation activities. Experience developing and implementing facilities management strategies, policies, procedures, or operating plans to address organizational real property and space requirements.
Experience evaluating real property, facilities, and/or space requirements and developing recommendations for project alternatives, operational changes, or resource use. Experience performing cost-benefit analyses to evaluate real property or facilities alternatives and support project or operational decisions. Experience coordinating real property and/or facilities projects and program requirements with internal stakeholders, government organizations, contractors, consultants, customers, or industry representatives.
