SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

About this role

Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Understanding of federal supply laws, regulations, and DOW/DON property accountability directives to serve as the Personal Property Manager (PPM) for the Director of NCIS. Creating agency-wide policy recommendations and procedures. Ability to determine supply support requirements to meet agency logistic supply chain constraints worldwide.

Administering and understanding the supply and service program regarding the ELMS, ServiceNow accountable property applications, Mailroom operations, Supply Issue Point Warehouse and TMO operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
