SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience at or equivalent to the NO-01 pay band or GS-01/04 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting periodic audits, analyses, and random-sample reviews of purchase card transactions or other records to evaluate and ensure compliance with statutory procurement regulations, agency policies, and local operating procedures; 2) Researching and interpreting federal procurement guidelines, agency directives, and supply system manuals to resolve customer inquiries, assessing the validity of purchase requests, and recommending corrective compliance actions to program stakeholders; 3) Developing and delivering on-the-job training or technical guidance regarding procurement card usage and reporting requirements, verifying training completion for program participants, and drafting official authorization documents (such as Contracting Officer warrants or appointment letters); and 4) Evaluating transaction or procurement data to draft comprehensive written reports, analytical data summaries, and formal memorandums for the record documenting audit findings and risk assessments for management review.
