About this role
Objective for the company: Under the supervision of the Senior Finance & Logistics Manager & Customer Care Lead, the role objective is to manage, coordinate and execute demand planning, supply, logistics and operational tasks for Sobi's across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DE – AT – CH). The overarching goal of the Finance & Logistics & Customer Care department — ensuring reliable, timely and patient-focused delivery of Sobi's products, including in urgent and emergency situations — is strongly connected with the purpose and responsibilities of this role.
Building a genuine understanding of how demand is generated, including patient-driven demand, and translating this understanding into robust, well-coordinated supply and logistics execution is a high-impact responsibility within Sobi, directly contributing to patient supply reliability across the DACH region. The role covers local S&OP and demand planning activities, logistics launch readiness, and close coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Quality, including acting as the local IFS system contact.
It also carries finance-related interfaces — including net sales and volume reporting, Gross-to-Net administration and period close support — and coordination tasks connected to the Order-to-Cash process and the day-to-day operations of the customer care team. The candidate works closely with other members of the Finance & Logistics department, local cross-functional teams, and Regulatory Affairs and Quality to prepare and support demand, supply and finance-related tasks — and, where urgent situations require it, contributes directly e.g.
to emergency deliveries so patients receive their treatment without delay. Logistics, Demand & Supply (DE – AT – CH) Support and coordinate local S&OP / demand planning activities for DE – AT – CH Build a genuine understanding of how demand is generated — including patient-driven demand Assist with local launch readiness tasks for logistics, helping ensure new products reach patients smoothly and on time Act as a bridge to Regulatory Affairs & Quality, helping keep supply-related tasks compliant and aligned Serve as local ERP system contact, supporting system adoption and troubleshooting Finance Interfaces (DE – AT – CH) Support net sales/volume analytics & reporting, including Daily Sales Reporting Assist with Gross-to-Net (G2N) administration and contribute to G2N tasks during period close Generate insights from distribution channel and G2N controlling Contribute to wholesale and hospital channel customer strategy discussions Support ERP planning on net sales, volume, and price Customer Care Task Support (DE) Support tasks within the Order-to-Cash process , helping ensure systems and processes run smoothly Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the customer care team , without formal management responsibility Contribute to training and onboarding materials for existing and new products/processes Identify and support process improvement initiatives, including AI-supported order handling and other automation opportunities University degree in a relevant field Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience Background in supply, logistics, planning or broader finance functions Advanced Excel capabilities Strong PowerPoint skills Strong practical experience with ERP systems Experience monitoring and interpreting financial and operational performance KPIs Advanced data-management and visualisation skills, including Power BI AI-native mindset and ability to apply AI tools to operational work Strong analytical, cross-functional and hands-on problem-solving skills Highly organised and rigorous, with a strong commitment to timelines and deadlines while remaining flexible as priorities change Strong analytical and project/team management skills and innovative thinking Ability to perform successfully in highly dynamic and rapidly changing environments Active involvement in and contribution to the continuous optimization of internal processes and external workflows Structured, analytical, team-oriented and independent working style with a high level of self-motivation and reliability.
