We are hiring for this role on behalf of our client System Manager Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Workplace Type: Onsite About Our Client Our client is a joint venture dedicated to accelerating Vietnam’s energy transition by investing in an end-to-end electric two-wheeler (E2W) mobility solution. They aim to deliver a seamless consumer experience powered by an integrated digital ecosystem. Role Overview The Supply Chain Manager will lead our client's end-to-end supply chain operations in Vietnam, covering: Electric two-wheelers Batteries Battery swap stations Spare parts and accessories Warehouse and PDI operations The role will manage demand and supply planning, procurement coordination, importation, logistics, inventory, warehousing, product allocation, and delivery.
The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with Sales, Finance, Energy Network, After-Sales, dealers, the joint venture partners, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure the right products are available at the right time and location for our client's launch and future growth. Key Responsibilities 1 - Demand and Supply Planning Develop demand and supply plans for vehicles, batteries, swap stations, spare parts, and accessories.
Consolidate sales forecasts, dealer plans, retail requirements, and network-development plans. Translate demand forecasts into procurement, shipment, inventory, and allocation plans. Monitor forecast accuracy, stock availability, supply constraints, and inventory exposure. Identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks, and recommend mitigation actions. Establish appropriate inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment plans.
Lead regular demand and supply review meetings with relevant business functions. 2 - Vehicle Supply Chain Manage vehicle supply from order planning through importation, customs clearance, warehousing, PDI, allocation, and delivery. Coordinate with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, PDI providers, and transport companies. Track vehicles by model, color, VIN, production batch, status, and location.
Coordinate vehicle allocation and delivery to dealers, retail stores, fleet customers, and pilot programs. Resolve shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, transport damage, and documentation issues. 3 - Battery and Swap-Station Supply Develop battery requirements based on vehicle sales, vehicle delivery, swap-station loading, PDI, and operational-buffer needs. Maintain accurate Battery records by serial number, status, condition, and location.
