Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing or coordinating operations, plans, and programs for a unit in the areas of personnel and pay management, training, administration, supply, maintenance operations, information management, resource management, recruitment, inspections and investigations, public relations, and/or security; interpreting and providing advice on directives, policies, or instructions from higher headquarters; and performing evaluations or inspections to ensure unit readiness.
