Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Operating public safety communications equipment such as Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems to receive, evaluate or prioritize incoming emergency calls for service; 2) dispatching police, fire or emergency medical resources using multi-agency emergency dispatch protocols; and 3) leading operational tasks or shift personnel within a centralized 911 public safety communications center environment.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Ability to Lead or Supervise Customer Service (Clerical/Technical) Decision Making Manages and Organizes Information Technical Competence
