SUPERVISORY PSYCHOLOGIST/SCIENTIST/PHYSIOLOGIST/ENGINEER/CHEMIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13/14) grade level or pay band (NM-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing overall management and technical direction of the assigned workforce, processes, and products; 2) Integrating interdisciplinary Human Systems principles to effectively guide employee development and meet customer demand signals; 3) Ensuring effective planning, development, and execution of programs; 4) Applying Aeromedical Research and Integration policies, processes, tools, and procedures to execute program requirements; 5) Evaluating factors impacting the safety and performance of humans in aerospace operations; and 6) Utilizing project management/coordination policies, processes, procedures, and responsibilities.
