SUPERVISORY PROGRAM SPECIALIST (CHIEF OF STAFF)

About this role

You qualify at the GS-15 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements: One year of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following tasks: Advising senior executives in a biomedical research organization, on strategic priorities and management improvements Coordinating the implementation of executive decisions, policies, and initiatives across organizational components for a scientific research organization Leading mission-critical projects for a biomedical agency involving organizational improvements, policy implementation, and cross-cutting program issues Developing policy analyses, executive briefings, and executive communications that synthesize scientific and programmatic information to support decision-making Representing executive leadership in high-level engagements with government officials, Congressional staff, and other stakeholders to advance organizational priorities and resolve complex policy, legislative, and administrative issues for a biomedical research organization.
