Supervisory Program Manager (Associate Director, Planning & Program Management Division)

About this role

Experience: You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal Service. For this position specialized experience is defined as planning, programming, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and execution of multiple concurrent projects related to Design and Construction; developing and implementing Design and Construction program policies, governance frameworks, and management controls; leading professional staff of Architects and Engineers; and advising senior leadership on programmatic, financial, and organizational matters.

Experience must also include leading, managing, and integrating a capital improvement program or portfolio consisting of multiple concurrent Design and Construction projects with an aggregate annual value of approximately USD 175 million or greater.
