About this role

GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1. Supporting depot-level aircraft and engine maintenance and production operations with demonstrated understanding of how those portfolios interact within an enterprise production environment.

2. Planning production, workload execution, capacity management, readiness reporting, and or the relationships among cost, schedule, manpower, material, and fleet availability. 3. Analyzing and reconciling data from maintenance, planning, and reporting systems to establish an accurate operating picture and identify performance trends, risks, constraints, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve competing priorities and implement corrective actions involving production sites, program offices, engineering, supply, manpower, and other stakeholders.

5. Developing and/or applying standardized business rules, performance measures, that translate operational information into clear recommendations and measurable actions.
