SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Leadership - experience leading teams, mentoring, and managing performance of teams and individuals. 2.) Acquisition and Test Execution - experience in the NAVAIR acquisition process, test program cost, schedule, and performance management, and test planning, coordination, execution, and risk management.

3.) Resource Optimization - experience with planning, optimizing, and executing with critical resources in support of mission accomplishment. 4.)
