MINIMUM QUALIFICATONS: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Experience managing technical project requirements such as life cycle development, acquisition, testing, and product improvement, to ensure deliverables meet program objectives; Experience executing project budget plans in accordance with established cost and funding levels; Experience formulating project life cycle documentation to support milestone reviews and/or leadership decision-making; AND Experience leading teams in a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.
