About this role

To qualify for the position of Supervisory Program Management Specialist (Assistant Director, Executive Secretariat), at GS-0301-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or equivalent band in the Federal service, which includes: Developing policies, processes and/or procedures that improve the flow of communications within the agency; Assessing the efficiency or effectiveness of Executive Correspondence Management (ECM) unit; Developing strategies to resolve issues that impact Executive Correspondence Unit program goals or objectives.
