SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for senior leader review and decision making; 2) Managing long term program goals and production planning schedules for multiple fiscal years and commands within an enterprise; 3) Leading business process improvements and assessing organization-wide training effectiveness to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency; 4) Collaborating with division and organizational leaders to coordinate changes to training programs and business operations policy; 5) Leading personnel by setting long-range plans, establishing performance standards, and assigning work.
