SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1. Performing program analysis for Navy ship operations, maintenance, and modernization portfolios. 2. Developing, reviewing, or executing PPBE documentation (POM, BES, budget exhibits, PBIS inputs).

3. Analyzing ship operations and maintenance program performance data and recommending corrective actions. 4. Utilizing Navy surface combatant readiness drivers, HM&E processes, combat systems, and modernization planning. 5. Preparing senior-level briefs, reports, and decision materials for Flag/SES leadership. 6. Coordinating across multiple stakeholders to integrate surface warfare programs.
