About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Serving as a principal advisor to executive leadership (e.g., General/Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service level) on the strategic direction, design, and implementation of enterprise-level business processes for major supply chain, human capital, or manpower programs; 2) Directing the development, monitoring, and execution of an enterprise-level military enlisted/personnel supply chain process and overseeing accession or quota management as an authoritative source; 3) Leading the development of enterprise performance metrics, leading/lagging indicators, and strategic briefings to inform executive decisions and represent the organization on joint-service or enterprise-level committees; and 4) Providing supervisory and administrative oversight by directing subordinate supervisors (e.g., GS-14 or military equivalent level) and multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of key program objectives.
