About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following; 1. Practicing of requirements development, program planning, financial management, cost estimating, and sound administration; 2.

Possessing extensive knowledge of program planning procedures and directives, and a complete understanding of the Department of the Navy organization; 3. Understanding complex readiness matters; and 4.
