To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level, applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at or above the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector, or the equivalent in the private sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to work of the position to be filled and has equipped and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

For this position your specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving in a leading role for one or more concurrent reviews; conducting extensive research and preparing detailed analyses and written documents; evaluating internal and external policy; evaluating agency programs for efficiency and effectiveness; recommending organizational or process changes and monitoring implementation of those recommendations; and overseeing the work of others including assigning, directing,reviewing and providing feedback on work assignments.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade level (or equivalent) ________________________________________________________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)/Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP).
