Qualified applicants should describe in their resume at least one year of specialized experience with performing a full range of program, financial, and analytical duties such as planning, developing, reviewing, and finalizing all aspects of program and budget formulation, execution, and analysis, workload forecasts, and monitoring project funds and other funding sources.

This experience is equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11) in the federal service.
