About this role

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02 pay band or GS-12 grade level. Examples of Specialized Experience would include meeting the majority of the following: Experience utilizing program management principles to manage and execute workforce development or training programs, including performing needs analysis or career coaching; Conducting in-depth research analytical evaluations, and benchmarking to drive program improvement, workforce productivity, and long-range program planning.

Experience managing a program budget, justifying funding needs, procuring training services, and tracking costs through closeout.
