About this role

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/24/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/24/2026. Application Limit: This vacancy is limited to the first 50 applications received. GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Directing a program segment that performs technical, administrative or professional work related to the production and dissemination of immigration-related information and materials.

Providing administrative or technical or professional services directly affecting a large, public-facing operation. Managing an outreach program by monitoring and analyzing personnel, financial, and material needs in order to ensure the success of the program's operation. Representing USCIS in conferences and meetings pertaining to the agency's immigration-related functions. Coordinating resources in order to ensure the supply of materials is current, available, and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders while complying with established policies, regulations, and contracts.
