Supervisory Medical Administration Specialist
About this role
You must possess at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal Service, that is directly related to the work of the position and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience is defined as experience with supervision, delegation, process improvement, managing people and resources, instituting technical performance measures, policy formation, operational oversight, workload allocation, corrective action planning, making recommendations on organizational structure, and enterprise-level coordination; guides, implements and monitors workload data and processes for integrity and compliance and makes recommendations to management; influences and communicates with various levels of clinical, financial and operational management concerning team goals and progress; discusses, investigates and responds to employee grievances and dissatisfaction in order to resolve conflicts; facilitates service continuity management; guides teams in adjusting short-term priorities and promoting long-term service and organizational goals.
