About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing or overseeing industrial support functions involving tooling, tool control, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, asset accountability, IMRL operations, SECA discrepancy resolution.

2) Providing leadership, direction, or supervisory oversight for Production Controllers and/or other MRO-L personnel engaged in production support, material management, asset management, tooling operations, warehousing, transportation, IMRL accountability, SECA actions, or Audit readiness. 3) Applying knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) Tool Control, including provisioning, calibration coordination, tooling readiness, and IMRL compliance, to support production lines or depot-level maintenance operations.

4) Conducting or overseeing property accountability IAW, DoW, and DoN programs requirements, including performing inventory validations, resolving discrepancies, preparing audit documentation, and maintaining audit-ready asset records. 5) And execute production control, coordinating industrial material flow, routing accuracy, and production support requirements across multiple product lines. 6) Ensuring alignment between Supplies and Tooling availability in support of MRO-P schedules..
