SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (TITLE 5)
About this role
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Excepted Service "under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)", and is open to current on-board (Tenure 1, 2 and 3) US Federal employees interested in helping the Department of the Air Force meet our mission requirements as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst. PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management.
Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-13 Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience analyzing and interpreting policies and the procedures of higher headquarters/management as to applicability to current policies.
Experience presenting and discussing complex matters in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. Experience planning, analyzing, developing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating current and future operations. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
