SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying advanced management and functional-analysis principles to evaluate complex organizations and programs; 2) Conducting organizational analyses to manage Regional programs; 3) Developing strategic recommendations and guidance for senior leadership pertaining to systems; 4) Interpreting and applying DoD/DoN policies and assessing program productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness for programs in support of organization mission and objectives; 5) Communicating complex analyses and recommendations for systems effectively, both orally and in writing, with personnel and leaders across multiple organizational levels.
