About this role
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Leading enterprise-wide records management, Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), information governance, and compliance programs that support organizational mission requirements and ensure adherence to federal statutes, regulations, and OMB/NARA guidance.
Providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior executives on records management, PRA compliance, information governance, and other complex policy, operational, and organizational management issues. Overseeing records management and PRA programs, including the development of policies, records lifecycle management processes, records retention requirements, information collection clearance activities, burden reduction initiatives, and compliance monitoring.
Establishing agency-wide policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and strategic initiatives to improve records management, PRA compliance, organizational accountability, and program performance. Supervising professional and administrative staff while directing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of major records management, PRA, and information governance initiatives that impact multiple offices and stakeholders.
