About this role

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level within the payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression in the Federal service that demonstrates the required managerial skills and technical competence required to perform the job.

To be qualified for this position your experience must include: Evaluating programs, operations, or business processes by collecting and analyzing performance information, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending actions to improve organizational performance. Implementing process improvement initiatives by developing or applying project management methodologies, performance measures, or process improvement techniques to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Coordinating projects involving multiple organizations or stakeholders by facilitating meetings, resolving project issues, monitoring project milestones, and communicating project status and recommendations. Preparing analytical reports, executive briefings, recommendations, or other written products used to support organizational planning, resource allocation, or management decisions. Monitoring project performance by tracking schedules, costs, risks, performance indicators, and project outcomes and recommending adjustments to support successful project completion.

Coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple organizations, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and resolving complex program issues affecting organizational objectives. Assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments. Using a variety of software tools to monitor and support projects, teams, and/or employees; interpreting collected information to assess needs and make adjustments that support business functions.
