About this role

To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume.

Specialized experience must include all of: Manage complex analytical or compliance driven programs by reviewing operational data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements that strengthened organizational efficiency, accuracy, and accountability; AND Develop standardized procedures, assessing workflow effectiveness, and implementing enhancements that improved information integrity, responsiveness, and mission support; AND Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership by preparing clear, data informed briefings, conducting stakeholder engagement, and translating technical or operational findings into actionable recommendations that supported decision making; AND Lead cross functional coordination with internal and external partners to improve information sharing, monitor performance metrics, and sustain continuous improvement across high visibility programs requiring precise data management and timely operational execution.
