SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing office software and computer programs, such as Salesforce, Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), and Defense Travel System (DTS), or equivalent programs, to manage databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines; 2) Applying pay, personnel, and correspondence directives to process member actions; 3) Analyzing pipeline data and statistical metrics to resolve discrepancies; 4) Leading, scheduling, and reviewing the daily operational work of administrative and training support staff; and 5) Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to interact with leadership and personnel at all levels.
