SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience advising senior leadership on all civilian personnel matters, providing strategic options and recommendations for recruitment, staffing, position management, and complex workforce issues.

Experience establishing future organizational direction, ensuring knowledge and talent sustainment, and meeting succession planning needs to enhance long-term organizational effectiveness. Experience managing the full spectrum of total force actions, billet management, civilian recognition, and providing guidance on all administrative practices to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.
