SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, managing, and coordinating a federal command's administrative support, directives, and forms programs. Experience troubleshooting and leading visual information support, graphic design, and command publishing operations.

Experience providing strategic leadership, direct supervision, and comprehensive human capital and personnel management. Experience analyzing, coordinating, and balancing complex operational scheduling, survey manning, and marine fleet logistical requirements against available personnel capacity. Experience communicating effectively and persuasively across multiple platforms, with specialized expertise in public affairs, strategic communications, and technical writing and editing.
