SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: Lead, supervise, and direct a multi-disciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and improve operational capabilities for an organization; Serve as a liaison or direct representative for senior leadership in a diplomatic, military, or interagency environment; Develop and implement plans and performance measures to assess program efficiency and effectiveness and correct negative trends; Plan, develop, and execute security cooperation programs, including counter-drug or counter-transnational crime initiatives, to gather and exchange data for problem resolution; Coordinate with U.S.

government interagency partners (i.e, Department of Defense [DoD], Department of State [DoS], Department of Justice [DoJ]) and foreign government officials to identify skills gap issues and implement process changes to correct these issues.
