SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Directing future operations planning and distribution for critical theater logistics, including munitions and bulk petroleum, to support high-stakes campaign plans and crisis response scenarios.

2). Influencing theater-wide logistical doctrine, policies, and systems development by providing expert direction on everything from training and personnel to budget and reengineering efforts. 3). Coordinating across multiple 4-star commands, the Joint Staff, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense to synchronize the Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt) and ensure mission readiness. 4). Performing the full range of supervisory duties, including appraising the performance of subordinate supervisors, approving extensive overtime or travel, and resolving complex group grievances.

5). Developing and maintaining critical relationships with senior military and civilian leaders, serving as a key representative in high-level boards and conferences to resolve significant operational challenges.
