SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing comprehensive information technology solutions within large-scale enterprise environments to meet organizational goals; 2) Managing enterprise network services and lifecycle requirements for technology-based learning environments to ensure full operational capability; 3) Administering enterprise knowledge management systems and enforces information security policies to protect sensitive data and promote collaboration; 4) Evaluating information technology acquisitions and emerging technologies to recommend cost-effective products and services for the organization; and 5) Communicating complex technical information and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and external partner organizations.
